To use the Wi-Fi module,You need to connect the Internet to it  so that you can use your assistance like Alexa or Google home for Switching purposes from anywhere using your Device.

Otherwise You can make a board for touch Switch,and manually you can do so without the internet to your home.

First Of all you need to download Arduino Software From Website As per requirement based on your Windows.
